Partner Katie Lammers, Head of Family Law, recently had a notable win in the Minnesota Court of Appeals that resulted in a published appellate case. Her client sought grandparents’ visitation rights to see her grandson. After Katie secured a victory in District Court, the mother appealed, arguing that a living arrangement did not qualify the grandmother for grandparents’ rights for visitation. The Court disagreed and upheld the previous ruling.
