Courtney Latcham

Courtney is a skilled family law attorney. Courtney began as a law clerk at a Twin Cities family law firm during her second year of law school and has been helping individuals and families navigate this process ever since. Her legal practice has been exclusively in family law and she has represented clients in the areas of divorce, child custody, parenting time, child support, and other family law areas. She is experienced in high asset divorces, complex social issues and all aspects of family law.  

Courtney prides herself on her ability to customize her representation to the individual needs of each client. She believes that each family is unique and that each family law case should be treated as such. Regardless of what brought your family into the legal process, Courtney understands that this can be a stressful time and is committed to helping her clients navigate the process.  

In her free time, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs. She can be found exploring the twin cities, cooking, traveling, or reading a book.
