Kyle Prouty

Kyle Prouty, recently promoted to Partner in Spring 2024, is an expert in family law and QDROs. Learn about the team’s areas of expertise and how they can provide exceptional legal services to clients.

Kyle graduated magna cum laude from St. Cloud State University. He earned his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law (now Mitchell Hamline) in St. Paul. Since graduating, Kyle has worked exclusively in family law and has represented clients in the areas of divorce, custody, domestic abuse, third-party custody, and other areas of family law. He also represents clients before the Minnesota Court of Appeals when possible.

Kyle is from Minnesota and enjoys going up north to spend time with family. He spends lots of his free time playing with his two dogs, Nuka and Stout. He also enjoys hiking, kayaking, and visiting breweries.
