Carlo E. Faccini

Carlo Faccini devotes his practice exclusively to family law matters. These include divorce, child custody, asset/debt division, financial support, and orders for protection before courts throughout the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area, as well as outstate Minnesota counties.

Carlo is actively involved within the family law community in Minnesota. He serves as both the Secretary on the Executive Board of Directors and the Co-Chair of the Legislative and Public Policy Committee of the Minnesota Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC). Through his work with the AFCC, he has met with legislators and other stakeholders regarding the state of family law in Minnesota. This work has allowed Carlo to be on the forefront of changes that impact the clients he represents and families throughout Minnesota.

He has presented multiple CLEs on various topics both locally and at the national level, including on topics such as the interplay between social media and family law and possible courses of action when parents disagree over vaccinations for children. Carlo has earned professional recognition amongst his peers, having been recognized multiple times as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers.

Carlo prides himself on offering a communicative, empathetic approach when working with clients facing difficult circumstances. He believes that cases should focus on client needs, not attorney personalities, and direct, competent advice. Past clients have experienced his work as responsive, compassionate, and client-focused.

Away from work, Carlo focuses on spending time with his family and their two dogs, Yoshi and Mochi. A native New Englander who is passionate about the game of baseball, he can often be found watching and cheering on his Boston Red Sox.
