Carlo Faccini Promoted to Partner

Today we recognize Carlo for his leadership within the firm, his service to clients across Minnesota, and his involvement in shaping family law practice statewide.

Carlo practices exclusively in family law and is known for providing clear, practical guidance in cases involving divorce, custody, parenting time, financial support, asset and debt division, and orders for protection. His approach emphasizes thoughtful strategy, strong preparation, and advice centered on client needs rather than conflict.

In addition to his work with clients, Carlo plays a leadership role within the broader family law community.

He currently serves as Immediate Past President of the Minnesota Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC) for the 2025–2026 term, where he works alongside judges, legislators, and interdisciplinary professionals on issues impacting families throughout the state. He is also a frequent continuing legal education presenter at both the local and national level.

Carlo’s work has earned consistent recognition from his peers. He has been awarded Minnesota Super Lawyers Rising Star multiple times, recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch, and included in Best Lawyers for 2025 and 2026.
