We are pleased to welcome Attorney Jessica Bohling to our family law team. She brings a strong foundation in both law and social work, along with meaningful experience supporting children and families through difficult transitions. Jessica has worked in roles that gave her a close view of the courts and the challenges families face, including her time as a judicial law clerk in Hennepin County’s Juvenile Division. Her background also includes child-focused advocacy and service work supporting individuals experiencing family conflict and domestic violence.
She approaches each case with a steady, client-centered focus. Clear communication, practical guidance, and empathy are central to her practice. Jessica’s training and experience complement the needs of clients navigating custody, parenting time, and other family law matters.

Outside of her practice, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and pets, along with hiking, reading, and tending to her many houseplants.
