About Benjamin J. Heimerl

Founding Partner at Heimerl & Lammers

Benjamin J. Heimerl is a founding partner at Heimerl & Lammers. Together with Michael B. Lammers, Benjamin helped establish a law firm designed to handle a wide range of legal needs while building lasting client relationships. The mission of Heimerl & Lammers is to provide superior legal representation and personalized service during some of the most challenging moments in a client’s life.

Focused on Injured Clients

Since graduating from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, Benjamin has focused almost exclusively on helping injured clients. His service in the Marine Corps instilled in him a strong belief in excellence, and he knows that hard work and dedication are the keys to success. Benjamin brings this same dedication to the courtroom, where he works tirelessly to stand up to insurance companies that fail to meet their obligations to injured individuals.

Education and Background

Born and raised in Minnesota, Benjamin earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Minnesota before attending law school. He combines legal knowledge with compassion for his clients, helping them navigate difficult claims with confidence.

Outside the Office

When not advocating for his clients, Benjamin enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. He also appreciates relaxing rounds of golf whenever time allows.
