We are seeking a family law attorney with interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn. The attorney must be passionate about practicing family law and achieving at the highest level. Build and maintain your client base in growing community with the help of well-established partners. Our law firm is expanding and seeking to hire a dynamic, self-starter attorney to work family law cases. We specialize in Divorce, Adoption, Child Custody, Child Support, Spousal Support, Mediation and Appeals. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in family law with the ability to handle a complex case from start to finish, including mediations and/or trials (first chair or significant second chair experience). They would have the ability to interact with clients and opposing counsel professionally, tactfully and effectively. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and analytical skills. Responsibilities and Duties
Ability to represent clients from intake through trial. Ability to prepare your own pleadings. Ability to work well under pressure and manage workload. Works well with others. Trial experience required.
Qualifications and Skills
5 years minimum experience in a private practice law firm.
