Andy’s decision to join Heimerl & Lammers stems from a desire to focus on the practice of law, leverage his professional experience for clients in district and appellate courts, and continue his alternative dispute resolution offerings as a Rule 114 qualified neutral. In his first year with us, Andy aims to become a key member of our family law team, be a pillar of support for new attorneys, and expand his ADR services to include custody evaluations.
