Amanda Bean

Family, Juvenile & Adoption Paralegal

Amanda is a family, juvenile and adoption law paralegal with Heimerl and Lammers in Minneapolis, Minnesota with over 15 years of experience in the legal profession. In addition to dealing with any day-to-day tasks, Amanda assists with any “fires” that arise for those in need and always puts her organizational skills to use for the clients and her team.  Amanda’s attention to detail, genuine compassion for clients, and expertise in the legal field are just a few of the qualities that clients routinely complement her on.

Amanda enjoys interacting with clients and assisting them through all steps of the legal process. She takes pleasure in being there for clients in their time of need by discussing procedures in plain language and ensuring the clients know what they should expect as their process unfolds.  Amanda is involved in all aspects of a case from beginning to end, which allows clients to feel comfortable with her and the knowledge she provides them.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, friends and her two cats or reading a good book.

Sarah Ly

Personal Injury & Employment Paralegal

Sarah works as a personal injury and employment paralegal with Heimerl and Lammers. She has more than 15 years of experience.  She has completed a bachelor’s degree, and has also earned a paralegal degree from Minnesota School of Business. When not working for the rights and causes of the clients, Sarah enjoy spending time with family. She also volunteers as a math and reading tutor.

 

 


Marci Wendt

Work Comp Paralegal

Marci joined Heimerl & Lammers as a workers’ compensation paralegal in 2013 bringing with her 20 years of experience in the legal field emphasizing in litigation/workers’ compensation. Marci earned her paralegal degree and graduated Suma Cum Laude from North Hennepin Community College. In her free time, Marci enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and riding motorcycle.

 

 

 

 


Jennessa Carlson

Family Law Paralegal

Jennessa has spent over 10 years in the legal profession as a family, juvenile and adoption law paralegal.  She is currently continuing her legal career with Heimerl and Lammers.  Jennessa is a huge asset to the family law team in many ways including her exceptional ability to review and analyze financial statements and prepare a detailed balance sheet.

In addition to Jennessa’s financial skills, she also offers amazing research skills when the need arises.  Jennessa is a true team player and is willing to step in wherever the need may be.  Jennessa is involved in all aspects of a case from beginning to end.  Her approach to cases is calm and practical and she is a reliable source of information and comfort for clients going through the family court system.

In her spare time, she enjoys rocking out with her husband and her two cats.

Taylore Broberg

Paralegal

Taylore handles a variety of tasks within Heimerl & Lammers. She not only maintains the family law files and assists the other family law paralegals as needed, but also handles billing, collections, marketing, client intake, and coordinates firm events. No matter what Taylore is assisting with, her positive personality brings encouragement to those around her, including clients.

In addition to Taylore’s ability to easily handle any task given to her, she enjoys being able to provide empathy and understanding for our clients. She is a true asset to the Heimerl and Lammers team.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her significant other and family. Every Sunday you will find her watching football and cheering loud for her favorite team, the Minnesota Vikings.

Rachel Theis

Receptionist

Rachel is the receptionist for Heimerl and Lammers Law Firm, and she handles tasks such as answering the phones, greeting clients, and assisting attorneys in any way that she can. Rachel is a team player who excels at communication and professionalism.

Rachel is currently working towards her paralegal associate degree and is looking forward to progressing in her career in the legal field. Rachel is passionate about helping others and thoroughly enjoys interacting with clients.

In Rachel’s free time she enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
